Welcome to our club page for Oakmont High School Esports! Thank you to everyone who is supporting us, including parents, sponsors and benefactors (FireUp Esports Lounge, Heroes Virtual Reality Adventures, Mobalytics, Oakmont Parents Club), school administration and tech support, the North American Scholastic Esports Federation (NASEF), PlayVS, UFEA, and our local esports community.

 

This year, we will be working towards:

• Recruiting inclusively, and adding SuperSmash Brothers and Chess teams to our existing League of Legends, Overwatch, and Rocket League groups.

• Developing the capability to host professional-quality streams, including shout-casting, co-casting, and player interviews, and involving our community through them.

• Developing a statistics, analytics, and goalsetting mini-curriculum for League of Legends players using our sponsored Mobalytics subscriptions.

• Hosting, participating in, and competing in regional and local tournaments.

• Educating and involving our community in esports in partnership with other local schools and FireUp Esports Lounge.

• Completing the transition to a fully recognized Varsity sport in association with CIF.
